As a designated Pilates and Fitness Instructor by choice as well as Trainer and Coach I, Veronika, have found my passion:
To MOVE you, your body and your family TO a healthy and balanced LIFE !
In my opinion, moving your body (and mind) and fuelling it with the right nutrition are two important foundation pillars for a balanced life. Having experienced the negative sides of a stressed, unfocused and uncontrolled lifestyle I am now more than able to tell how motivational and beneficial it can be to actually take the first steps towards a vivid, active, relaxed, fulfilled and fun life.
The word 'MOVING' has different meanings for me. Firstly, it describes the physical process of moving once body. That's where I personally experienced the benefits of regular exercise. The cardiovascular system and the muscular system adapt to daily stimulus and joint stability is improved. Secondly, it covers the mental process of learning. To 'move ones brain' means to stay active and young in your heart. "Use it or loose it"
I love what I do, I’m confident, have a lot of energy, I feel great and I am grateful to be surrounded by inspiring and like minded people. And that’s what I want to share with you.
